Online Meet Registration 5/11/10

Hi All,

No Swimming Training this week (18 July-22 July)

Just a quick note to let you know there is no swimming training this week (18 July-22 July).

This is for both Intermediate and Senior squads.  Training will resume as normal from Monday, 25 July.

Kalamunda Junior Novice Meet

Any junior/intermediate squad members wishing to enter the Kalamunda Junior Novice Meet on 7th August must have their swim meet entry cards and payment to Alison (The Registrar) by Tuesday, 19th July.  Entry cards can be dropped in to Alison at 16 Malbec Place, Mt. Nasura or if you prefer you can email your entry to:
samiwins@yahoo.com.au

For swimmers who have not competed at an interclub meet, I have attached a swim meet entry card and swim meet event information.  One entry card needs to be filled out for each swimmer.  Please do not hesitate to contact either Alison or myself if you need assistance filling them in.

Please note:  All swimmers doing winter training and entering swim meets must pay their 2011/2012 swimming club fees immediately.

Regards
Amanda

IMPORTANT CHANGES TO MEET ENTRIES

Swimming WA has implemented a new system for entering Swimming WA meets via “On Line”. This is a very fast, efficient and easy way to process your child/children’s meet entries.  http://www.wa.swimming.org.au/

As of the beginning of November 2010 our club has moved that where “On line” entries are available for a swim meet this is the option to be used. Our Club Registrar WILL NOT ACCEPT any entries for meets that have the “On Line” entry option.

You require a Password and Username –This obtained by contacting our Club Registrar (Alison Winstanley) on 08 9399 9949. In order to be able to use this “on Line” system please ensure that you have either a credit or debit card, as these are the only options for paying your meet entry fees.

On page 8 of the summer almanac there are very easy instructions on how to use this new meet entry system – Please read this. Should you still then have any queries please contact the Club Registrar who will be happy to explain this new procedure to you.
